These services are provided by Endocreators Consult Ltd., located at 2 Kayode Oke St., Isheri Oshun, Lagos, Nigeria, with registration number RC 1332738, along with its subsidiary accounts, Creatorsmart.net and Endotutors.com, as applicable. For these terms, Endocreators Consult Ltd. and its subsidiaries will collectively be referred to as “Endocreators,” while “we” or “us” pertains to the same entity. The term “you” or “user” refers to you as an individual utilizing the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Before using the site, please carefully read the terms of service. You agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and Endocreators Payment Terms (found here, “Payment Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference, on behalf of yourself, your employer, or any other entity (if applicable), by using the Site, creating an account, or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you. Additionally, you attest that you have read and comprehended our privacy policy, which can be found here. You must not access or use the Site if you disagree with these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy.     1. Key Terms<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Buyers are called Clients; they are<\/b> users who purchase services on Endocreators.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Sellers are called Creators; they are users who sell creation services on Endocreators<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creation Offers<\/b> are exclusive proposals that a Seller\/Creator can create in response to specific requirements of a Buyer\/Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Clients Orders<\/b> are requests made by a Buyer\/Client to receive a Custom creation from a Seller\/Creator.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creators\u00ae Extras<\/b> are additional services offered on top of the Seller\u2019s Creation for an additional price defined by the Seller\/Creator.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creators\u00ae Packages<\/b> allow Sellers\/Creators to offer services\/creations in different formats and prices. Packages can include upgrades, which let Sellers\/Creators price their service\/creation for a basic price of over $5.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creation\u00ae Page<\/b> is where the Seller\/Creator can describe their creation and the Creation\u2019s terms, and the Buyer can purchase the Creation and create an order.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creation\u00ae \/ Creations\u00ae \/ Services<\/b> are propositions offered on Endocreators.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creation Design<\/b> is an original design for a Creation uploaded by a Seller\/Creator through the Endocreators Creation Maker.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Creation Maker<\/b> is the automated Creation design tool offered by Endocreators to users as further explained in these Terms of Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The order page<\/b> is where Buyers\/Clients and Sellers\/Creators communicate with each other in connection with an ordered Gig.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Orders<\/b> are the formal agreements between a Buyer\/Client and Seller\/Creator after a purchase was made from the Seller\u2019s\/Creator\u2019s Creation Page.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Sellers or Creators<\/b> are users who offer and perform services through Creations\/Services or through the Creation Maker on Endocreators. There are two kinds of Creators or sellers<\/span><\/p>\n

      A Procreator<\/b> is a Creator who offers\u00a0 both paid consultation services and may proceed to offer a creation for a complete solution to Buyer\/Client situations<\/span><\/p>\n

      A Solcreator<\/b> is a Creator who offers only creation(s) solutions to a client or buyer<\/span><\/p>\n
