\r\n By using the site, creating an account, or clicking to accept these terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the applicable Payment Terms, and the Privacy Policy.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n The site is available to users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the platform through a parent or legal guardian\u2019s account with proper permission. Solcreator<\/h3>\r\n

A creator who offers creation-based solutions only.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Orders<\/h3>\r\n

Formal agreements between clients and creators after a purchase is made.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Creation Offers<\/h3>\r\n

Exclusive proposals made by creators in response to client-specific requirements.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

\r\n 2. Overview\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n
\r\n
    \r\n
  • Only registered users may buy and sell on Endocreators. Registration is free.<\/li>\r\n
  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated account information.<\/li>\r\n
  • Creations may begin at a base price of $5, although some may be offered at higher starting prices.<\/li>\r\n
  • Clients pay Endocreators in advance to create an order.<\/li>\r\n
  • Orders are placed through a creator\u2019s page or through a creation offer.<\/li>\r\n
  • Creators must fulfill orders and should not cancel regularly or without cause.<\/li>\r\n
  • Creators may gain ranks based on performance, reputation, and service quality.<\/li>\r\n
  • Users may not offer or accept off-platform payments.<\/li>\r\n
  • Unless otherwise specified, clients receive rights to delivered work upon full payment.<\/li>\r\n

    \r\n 3. Sellers \/ Creators\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

    Basics<\/h3>\r\n

    Creators offer services and solutions through Creations and may also send custom offers to clients.<\/p>\r\n

    Each completed creation credits the creator with revenue equal to 80% of the purchase amount.<\/p>\r\n

    Creators are responsible for service quality, timely delivery, and maintaining compliance with platform rules.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

    Creations<\/h3>\r\n

    Creations are user-generated content and may be removed for violations of the Terms of Service or Community Standards.<\/p>\r\n

    Prohibited content includes illegal services, copyright infringement, adult content, misleading offers, low-quality services, and deceptive or harmful materials.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

    Creation Extras & Packages<\/h3>\r\n

    Creation Extras are additional services offered for extra fees.<\/p>\r\n

    Packages and extras must remain related to the base service and comply with all platform rules.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

    Ranks<\/h3>\r\n

    Creator ranks are based on activity, service quality, delivery performance, reviews, and reputation.<\/p>\r\n

    Higher ranks provide additional benefits, but creators may lose rank if quality standards decline.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

    \r\n 4. Buyers \/ Clients\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

    • Clients may not pay creators outside the Endocreators platform.<\/li>\r\n
    • Clients may request services using the platform\u2019s request features where available.<\/li>\r\n
    • Clients can purchase creations directly or receive custom offers from creators.<\/li>\r\n
    • Any request to use an alternative payment method should be reported immediately to customer support.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

      \r\n 5. Orders\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

      Order Basics<\/h3>\r\n

      Once payment is confirmed, an order is created and assigned a unique order number. Creators must deliver completed files or proof of work using the proper delivery tools on the order page.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Completion & Revisions<\/h3>\r\n

      Orders are marked complete after delivery and acceptance, or automatically after the review window expires without a revision request. Clients may request revisions if delivered materials do not match the agreed service or requirements.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Disputes<\/h3>\r\n

      Users are encouraged to settle disputes directly first. If that fails, they may use the Resolution Center or contact Endocreators Customer Support for assistance.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

      \r\n 6. Reviews\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n
      \r\n

      Reviews are an essential part of the Endocreators rating system and must come from legitimate orders.<\/p>\r\n

      Artificial review manipulation, fake purchases, or attempts to pressure users into leaving favorable reviews are prohibited.<\/p>\r\n

      Reviews are generally not removed unless they clearly violate the Terms of Service or Community Standards.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

      Users may not exchange personal contact details to communicate outside the platform in order to bypass the platform\u2019s systems or protections.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Professional Conduct<\/h3>\r\n

      Rude, abusive, discriminatory, or violent behavior is prohibited and may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Fraud & Abuse<\/h3>\r\n

      Multiple accounts, phishing, spam, account sales, false identities, harassment, and unlawful use of the platform are prohibited.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

      \r\n 8. Ownership & Intellectual Property\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

      \r\n Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment the client is granted intellectual property rights in the delivered work, including copyright, while the creator assigns those rights as described in the policy.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

      \r\n Some services may require additional purchase of a Commercial Use License for broader business usage rights.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

      \r\n Endocreators retains the right to use publicly shared content, delivered works, and related materials for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise restricted.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

      \r\n 9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n
