PAYMENT TERMS

The following terms (these “Payment Terms”) govern payments you make or receive through www.endocreators.com (the “Site”) and other administrative website accounts like creatorsmart.net and endotutors.com operated by Endocreators Consult Ltd. (2 Kayode Oke St., Isheri Oshun Lagos, Nigeria with RC 1332738).

Endocreators Consult Ltd. (2 Kayode Oke St., Isheri Oshun, Lagos, Nigeria, with RC 1332738) processes card payments through our secure payment gateway partner companies through our platforms Endocreators.com, Endotutors.com, and Creatorsmart.net and other subsidiary accounts, which are collectively referred to as “Endocreators,” “we,” or “us.”

Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through any of the Sites. By making or receiving payments through the Sites, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity (if applicable), to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms. These Terms are supplemental to Endocreators General Terms of Service and Endocreators Consol Terms of Service, as applicable (collectively, the “Terms of Service”).

 

1. Key Terms

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. 

Endocreators Balance is the aggregated amount of your Revenue as a Seller/Creator and/or returned payments from canceled orders as a Buyer/Client and/or your Endocreators Consol Balance (as defined in the Endocreators Consol Terms of Service).

Payment Services Provider(s) are service providers that provide payment services to Buyers/Clients and Sellers/Creators in connection with the Endocreators platforms, including with respect to the collection of funds from Buyers/Clients in connection with purchases, remittance and withdrawal of funds to Sellers/Creators, currency exchange services in connection with payments and withdrawals in local currencies, and the holding of funds in connection with Endocreators Balances.

Revenue is the money that Sellers/Creators earn from completed orders and can either withdraw or use to purchase on Endocreators platforms, subject to these Terms. 

2. Receiving Payments

2.1 General

• Endocreators Charges a $10 nonrefundable consultation fee on their Procreators Services, which is a price for a one-time consultation fee for a consultation session period of not more than 30 minutes. Please note that an additional fee may be required of the consultation is prolonged beyond the basic period above or if the solution requires additional procreators, consultants, or any other specially tailored designed solution that is necessary. However, such additional charges will be notified to the client and permitted before payment or deduction is made from their account of Endoceators balance if they have one. 
• each creation you sell and successfully complete. Each Creation you sell and successfully complete credits your account with revenue equal to 80% of the purchase amount.

• As of March 1st, 2026, each Creation Design you sell through the Creation Maker accredits your account with revenue, which will be calculated according to a tier-based earning model. Regardless of the package type that was purchased, each tier will earn a fixed percentage of every sale—the lowest tier earning the smallest percentage (20%) and the highest earning the largest (50%). Each tier represents the earning percentage you can make for every sale. Tiers are based on your overall sales on Creation Maker for the last 12 months. Your tier will be recalculated on a monthly basis, on the first day of each month. To learn more, click here.

• Endocreators credits Sellers/Creators once an order is completed. See the “Orders” section in the Terms of Service for a definition of a completed order.

• If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer’s/Client’s Endocreators Balance. 

• Sellers/Creators are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location, or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction. Sellers/Creators represent and warrant that they comply, and will comply at all times, with their obligations under income tax provisions in their jurisdiction. The price shown on the Creation page or on the Creation Maker order page is inclusive of all such taxes and charges that may apply to the Sellers/Creators.

• Appointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent: Seller/Creator hereby appoints Endocreators as Seller’s/Creator’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via its Payment Services Provider, if applicable) from Buyer/Client, and remitting those payments to Seller/Creator. Seller/Creator agrees that payment from Buyer/Client to Endocreators shall be considered the same as a payment made directly to Seller/Creator. Buyer’s/Client’s payment obligation to Seller/Creator will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by Endocreators (or its Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and Endocreators (via its Payment Services Provider, as applicable) is responsible for remitting the funds to the Seller/creator in the manner described in these Payment Terms. In the event that Endocreators (via Payment Services Provider) does not remit any such amounts to Seller/Creator, the Seller/Creator will have recourse only against Endocreators and not the Buyer/Client directly. Seller/Creator agrees that Endocreators may describe or otherwise reflect the terms contained herein in any terms of service, receipts, disclosures, or notices, including, but not limited to, receipts provided to Buyers/Clients that Endocreators may deem necessary or prudent.

• Endocreators partners with Payment Services Providers for purposes of collecting payments from Buyers/Clients, transferring such payments from Buyers/Clients to Sellers/Creators, and holding funds in connection with Endocreators Balances. All payment services in connection with the withdrawal of funds on the Endocreators platforms are performed by Endocreators (Consult Limited) Payment Services Providers.

2.2 Withdrawing Revenues

• To withdraw your revenue, you must have an account with at least one of Endocreators’ Payment Service Providers for the withdrawal methods listed below. All funds eligible for Withdrawal will be held on your behalf in an account with Endocreators Payment Services Provider. All payment services, including withdrawal services, will be provided by Endocreators Payment Services Provider.

• Your Endocreators profile can be associated with only one account from each Endocreators withdrawal method. A Payment Service Provider withdrawal account can be associated with only one Endocreators profile.

• Revenues are only made available for withdrawal from the Revenue page following a safety clearance period of 14 days after the order is marked as complete. Top Rated Sellers/Creators are eligible to withdraw revenue following a safety clearance period of 7 days after the order is marked as complete. For Endocreators Studio Members, the safety clearance period depends on the Studio Lead’s Rank Status or classification (Rank 1, 2, and 3, Pro, etc.).

• Sellers/Creators may withdraw their revenues using one of Endocreators’ withdrawal options (see Withdrawal Section below regarding payment terms). To withdraw your available revenue, you must click on the designated withdrawal provider to initiate the withdrawal process.

• For security concerns, Endocreators may temporarily disable a Seller’s/Creator’s ability to withdraw revenue to prevent fraudulent or illicit activity. This may come as a result of security issues, improper behavior reported by other users, or associating multiple Endocreators accounts to a single withdrawal provider.

• Withdrawals can only be made in the amount available to you.

• Withdrawal fees vary depending on the withdrawal method.

• Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to reverse this process once it has begun.

• In certain cases, Sellers/Creators may withdraw Revenues in several different currencies. All currency exchange services in connection with such withdrawals are performed by Endocreators Payment Services Providers. Your Endocreators Balance is always derived from its US$ value and, therefore, the local currency amount of your Endocreators Balance may change daily in accordance with exchange rate fluctuations and also includes conversion fees. Sellers/Creators always have the option to withdraw Revenues in US$.

• Sellers/Creators will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 90 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Endocreators’ approval.

 

3.3 Withdrawal Methods

• Withdraw to your PayPal Account – US$0 Fee*. For a list of PayPal services by country, click here.

• Endocreators Revenue Card™ – US$1 Fee* within 2 days, or US$3 Fee* within 2 hours. For more information, see Pricing and Fees. Available worldwide.

• Local Bank Transfer (LBT) – US$3 per transfer*. For more information, see Pricing and Fees. Available worldwide.

• Direct Deposit (ACH) – US$1 per transfer*. For more information, see Pricing and Fees. Available only in the US.

4. Purchasing

4.1 General

• Using the Order Now button or the Creation Maker, buyers/clients pay Endocreators to create an order from a Seller’s/Creator’s Creation Page or Custom Offer. In order to collect all payments from buyers and clients, transfer those payments to sellers and creators, and hold funds related to Endocreators balances, Endocreators collaborates with payment service providers. Endocreators Payment Services Providers handle all payment services related to money collection on the Endocreators platforms.

• Endocreators serves as Seller’s/Creator’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via its Payment Services). Provider, if applicable) from Buyer/Client, and remitting those payments to Creator/Seller. After Endocreators (or its Payment Services Provider, as applicable) receives payment from the Buyer/Client, the Buyer/Client’s payment obligation to the Seller/Creator will be satisfied. Endocreators (or its Payment Service Provider, as applicable) is then responsible for sending the money to the Seller/Creator in the way specified in these Payment Terms. The Seller/Creator will only have recourse against Endocreators and not the Buyer/Client directly if Endocreators (through the Payment Services Provider) fails to remit any such amounts to Endocreators.

• In the majority of places, you can pay for your Endocreators purchases using a credit card, PayPal, Endocreators Credits, or your current Endocreators balance. In some places, there may be additional payment options. You can find more details about the available payment options here.

• You can examine and agree to the total amount requested to be paid at the time of purchase, when service and creation fees are added. Administrative fees are covered by these charges. The service fees are 5.5% of the purchase price as of June 2023. There will be an extra US$2.5 small order fee for purchases under $75.

• Your existing Endocreators Balance will be automatically applied to your next purchase.

• You are not allowed to offer payment to Sellers/Creators or use any other method for payment than the Endocreators.com website or other Endocreators subaccount websites. Please notify Customer Support here right away if you have been requested to use a different payment method.

• You agree to receive invoices and/or payment receipts from Endocreators in electronic form as PDF documents, by email, or through the Site.

• Either Endocreators or Endocreators Payment Services Providers gather payment information related to withdrawals in order to guard against fraud, unauthorized transactions (like money laundering), claims, or other liabilities. In order to process withdrawal payments, payment service providers may also gather additional data as needed. Payment information given to Payment Service Providers is not disclosed to Endocreators and is governed by the privacy policies of the relevant Payment Service Provider. • You represent and warrant that, by using any payment method and/or providing payment details for purchases on Endocreators, you: (a) are legally permitted to provide such information; (b) have permission or legal authority to use the payment method(s) to make payments; (c) are authorized by the company or person that owns the payment method, if you are an employee or agent of that company or person, to use the payment method to make payments on Endocreators; and (d) do not violate any applicable laws.

4.2 Purchasing through Endocreators Creation Maker

• Every Creation Design has a set price in US dollars and can be bought in the basic creation package or in other packages that are listed on the order page for Creation Designs.

• You can preview a watermarked version of the Creation Design with your brand name embedded before placing an order, and you can use the editing tools to make additional changes to the Creation Design. Orders for Creation Designs cannot be canceled after payment has been received.

• The Seller/Creator who made the Creation Design can also sell redesign services. The Seller/Creator sets the price for these redesign services, and only the additional redesign services/creation will incur a service fee. Please see the “Disputes and Cancellations” section below for information on cancellations of Creation redesign services. 

 

4.3 Local Currencies

• Endocreators accepts payments in a number of currencies. Prices will be rounded to the nearest whole number for your convenience. You will see the precise amount due at the time of checkout. You will be billed in the currency shown on the payment page, unless otherwise specified. Endocreators Payment Services Providers handles all currency exchange services related to local currency payments. However, in some situations, even though the price is shown in another currency, you will be charged in US dollars because some payment methods do not support certain currencies. In any case, you will be made fully aware of the charged amount (in the actual currency of the payment) prior to completing the transaction.

• Remember that all of the prices on Endocreators are always based on their original US$ price. As a result, prices in non-US$ currencies may fluctuate daily based on changes in exchange rates and may also include conversion fees. Customers can always change their currency to pay in US dollars.

• The amount returned to your Endocreators Balance if you paid for your order in a currency other than US dollars and it was subsequently canceled for any reason would depend on the exchange rate in effect on the cancellation date. As a result, while the returned amount always retains the same US$ value, it may differ from the paid amount in local currency terms.

• Even if it is shown in a currency other than US dollars, your Endocreators balance is always valued in US dollars. As a result, if you decide to view your Endocreators Balance in a currency other than US$, it will always have the same US$ value but may fluctuate daily based on changes in exchange rates. By altering the displayed currency they have chosen, users can always view their Endocreators Balance in US dollars.

4.4 Endocreators Credits

In some cases, Endocreators may give you credits (also known as “Endocreators Credits” or “Credits”) that you can use to buy Creations and/or other services on the Site, either for promotional purposes or otherwise. Your account will show your available credit balance. You can see your order summary after placing the order, and your valid Endocreators Credits will be automatically applied to your subsequent purchases. Endocreators Credits expire three months after they are received, unless otherwise specified. The sole purpose of Endocreators Credits is to encourage the use of Endocreators; as such, they are nonrefundable, nonredeemable, and have no monetary value. Even if your order is canceled, Endocreators Credits might not be refunded to your account once they have been used. You will be informed of any additional terms and limitations that may apply to Endocreators Credits when you receive them. If there is fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms, credits may be revoked. Endocreators retains the authority to change or cancel the Endocreators Credits program at any time. If you or Endocreators deactivate or suspend your Endocreators account, any unused Endocreators Credits in your account will be forfeited.

4.5 Promo Codes

We might occasionally provide you with promo codes to buy Creations and/or other services on the Sites at exclusive savings. Only purchases made on Endocreators are eligible for promo codes, which have various time restrictions and end when their specified period has passed. Just enter your promo code on the checkout page to use it. Your purchase will not qualify for the discount if you don’t do this. Users are only permitted to use promo codes once, and they cannot be combined with other promotions. The promo code is only valid for the first milestone in orders that are made up of multiple milestones. Endocreators Credits are not eligible for promo codes. When you receive the promo codes, you will be informed of any additional conditions and restrictions that may apply. In the event of fraud, abuse, or a breach of the terms of service, promo codes may be revoked. Promo codes may be changed or canceled at any time by Endocreators.

5. Taxes

• The applicable laws may mandate that endocreators withhold taxes or charge users indirect taxes (like sales tax, VAT, or GST). Any money that Endocreators must collect will be added to the purchase price and any other fees that the buyer or client must pay, and any money that Endocreators must withhold will be subtracted from the seller’s or creator’s earnings in accordance with applicable laws.

• Indirect taxes are in addition to the price shown on the site, and in any event, any such taxes will always be displayed to the Buyer/Client before payment.

• Users are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT, or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location, or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction.

6. Disputes and Cancellations

We encourage our Buyers/Clients and Sellers/Creators to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails after using the Resolution Center or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Sites, users can contact the Endocreators Customer Support department for assistance here.

6.1 Basics

• Order cancellations can be performed on Endocreators, when eligible, by Endocreators (via Customer Support or otherwise) or through the Resolution Center per order.

• Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation of these Payment Terms. Doing so may get your account temporarily or permanently disabled. Note: Once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.

• In the event that you encounter an issue related to the service provided in an order, you are encouraged to use the Site’s dispute resolution tools to attempt to resolve the matter.

• Endocreators, through its Payment Services Provider, reserves the right to cancel orders or place funds on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.

• All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to the Buyer/Creator shall be subject to full payment, and the delivery may not be used if payment is canceled for any reason.

• If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer’s/Client’s Endocreators Balance.

• Revisions to deliveries can be performed by Sellers/Creators based on the Seller’sCreator’s Creation and customer care. Sellers/Creators may determine the number of revisions they wish to offer, including no revisions.

• Requests for revisions can be performed through the Order Page while the order is marked as Delivered.

• Requesting to gain more services from Sellers/Creators beyond the agreed requirements by using the Request Revisions button is not allowed.

6.2 Order Cancellations

• Endocreators encourages Buyers/Clients and Sellers/Creators to resolve service disputes mutually using the Resolution Center.

• Eligibility for requests to Endocreators to cancel an order will be assessed by Endocreators based on a number of factors, including violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, general misconduct, and improper usage of the Endocreators delivery system. See below for order-specific eligibility.

• Completed orders (or, where applicable, completed milestones) may be canceled, upon review of our Customer Support team, up to 14 days after the order (or Milestone) is marked as complete. Please be advised that orders cannot be partially canceled (i.e., we can only cancel the entire order when it is justified).

• In rare circumstances where we find it appropriate, our Customer Support team may cancel a completed order even after 14 days have passed from its completion. In such cases, the amounts paid for the canceled order will be returned to the Buyer’s/Client’s Endocreators Balance and will be deducted from the Seller’s/Creator’s Endocreators Balance or, if there are not sufficient amounts in the Seller’s/Creator’s Endocreators Balance, from future revenues of such Creator.

• For orders made through the Endocreators Creation Maker, once payment has been made, orders of Creation Designs may not be canceled.

• If the service was provided as specified on the Creation Page, orders cannot be canceled due to the Seller’s or Creator’s quality of service or materials. On the Order Page, you can rank the overall level of service quality you received as well as your overall experience with the Seller/Creator.

• Before contacting Customer Support, you must address your issues and seek a resolution regarding the service or creation that their Seller or Creator provided through the Endocreators Resolution Center. Before taking any action against orders in which the relevant party has failed to notify their Seller/Creator of issues relating to the Seller’s/Creator’s service or creation, Customer Support will allow Sellers/Creators to offer a solution. Unauthorized use of endocreators is not included.

• After our Customer Support team reviews any instances of unauthorized Endocreator use during an order, the order may be canceled. This covers, among other things, harassment, illegal activity, and other infractions of Endocreators’ terms of service.

• Endocreators will cancel orders based on, but not limited to, the following reasons:

Active orders (after requirements were submitted to the Seller/Creator and before the Seller/Creator delivers on Endocreators):

• The Seller/Creator is late and unresponsive for more than 24 hours while the order is marked as Late.

• Threats of low ratings or using order materials (like login credentials and personal data) against one another are examples of abusive user behavior.

• Materials that violate copyright or trademarks were either provided by users or included in the Seller’s or Creator’s delivery as part of their specifications.

• Due to account closure or violations of the Terms of Service, the user is no longer an active Endocreators user.

Delivered Orders (after the Seller/Creator clicks Deliver Now and before the order is marked as complete):

• In order to finish the requested service without delivering the finished product, the Seller/Creator extends the delivery deadline using the Delivery system. Note: Your account will be permanently suspended if multiple offenses are reported.

• No files or evidence of work pertaining to the predetermined order requirements are delivered by the seller/creator. Note: Our Customer Support team will review the subjectivity of the materials in question.

• The Seller/Creator withholds the final delivery of services/creations that are directly related to the agreed requirements in order to request additional payments, either on or off the Endocreators platform.

• For higher ratings, the seller or creator is delaying the final delivery of their services or creations.

• The Request Revisions button is abused by users who want more services or creations from sellers or creators than what is agreed upon.

• Users who threaten to write a negative review in order to obtain additional services or creations from the seller or creators that are unrelated to the predetermined criteria.

Completed Orders (after the order is marked as complete and before the 14-day limitation):

• Users who have been accused of using materials that violate copyright or trademarks after being verified and provided with evidence.

• Users are said to have used the materials commercially even though they did not purchase commercial use rights. Note: Once the order has been completed for more than 14 days, the Terms of Commercial Use, which are located on the Seller’s/Creator’s Creation Page, cannot be added retroactively.

• Order delivery manipulation cases that hinder users from using our Resolution Center to the fullest extent possible will be examined by Endocreators Customer Support, allowing the order to be marked as complete.

6.3 Chargebacks 

• Endocreators reviews cases of payment provider chargebacks and disputes on behalf of Sellers/Creators. Although results vary per case due to each chargeback reason, we work hard on resolving disputes in the Seller’s/Creator’s favor. If the chargeback case allows, Endocreators (or one of Endocreators Payment Services Providers) will return parts or full revenue back to Sellers/Creators; otherwise, the chargeback amount will be borne by the Seller/Creator. 

6.4 Refunds

• Payments for canceled orders are not automatically returned to your payment processor by Endocreators. Order cancellation funds are refunded to the buyer’s or client’s Endocreators balance, where they can be used for additional Endocreators purchases.

• The billing page is where you can request refunds from Buyer’s/Client Endocreators Balance, or refunds straight to your payment provider. The amount, currency, and method of payment you used will determine the refund. We restrict the total number of times users can request a refund from their payment provider in order to prevent fraud and abuse. Our Customer Support team will review each request. There might be an extra cost for these refunds.

• Sellers or creators may give the buyer or client a partial refund for a particular order. The money will be automatically refunded to the buyer’s or client’s payment method once they accept the partial refund. If Endocreators is unable to return the agreed-upon sum to the buyer’s or client’s payment method, the sum will be added to the buyer’s or client’s Endocreators Balance.

7. General Terms

7.1 Modifications

• These terms of payment are subject to change at any time by Endocreators. Endocreators will update the terms on this page after these modifications are made.

• You acknowledge and agree that Endocreators will consider your use as acceptance of the revised Payment Terms if you use the service after the date on which the terms were modified.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The site, its content, and any services or products obtained through the website are provided on a “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either explicit or implied. Neither the authors nor any individuals connected to the authors make any representations or warranties regarding the site’s availability, accuracy, quality, security, reliability, completeness, or dependability.

Any warranties that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law are unaffected by the aforementioned.

7.3 Limitation on Liability

EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND SUBACCOUNTS, ARE NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THESE WEBSITES THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

IN ACCEPTING LIABILITY AS THE LIMITED AUTHORIZED PAYMENT COLLECTION AGENT OF SELLER/CREATOR, ENDOCREATORS AND ITS SUBACCOUNTS AND AFFILIATES ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF SELLER/CREATOR.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

The term “Subaccounts” and “affiliates” referred to herein is an entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, or is under the control of, or is under common control with Endocreators, where control means having more than fifty percent (50%) voting stock or other ownership interest or the majority of voting rights of such entity.
