Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Endocreators websites and mobile applications, including all content, features, and services available through Endocreators Consult Ltd., its related accounts, and subsidiaries.

By using the site, creating an account, or clicking to accept these terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the applicable Payment Terms, and the Privacy Policy.

The site is available to users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the platform through a parent or legal guardian’s account with proper permission. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the site.

• Only registered users may buy and sell on Endocreators. Registration is free.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated account information.
• Creations may begin at a base price of $5, although some may be offered at higher starting prices.
• Clients pay Endocreators in advance to create an order.
• Orders are placed through a creator’s page or through a creation offer.
• Creators must fulfill orders and should not cancel regularly or without cause.
• Creators may gain ranks based on performance, reputation, and service quality.
• Users may not offer or accept off-platform payments.
• Unless otherwise specified, clients receive rights to delivered work upon full payment.
• Endocreators may use delivered works and creation designs for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Clients may not pay creators outside the Endocreators platform.
• Clients may request services using the platform’s request features where available.
• Clients can purchase creations directly or receive custom offers from creators.
• Any request to use an alternative payment method should be reported immediately to customer support.

Reviews are an essential part of the Endocreators rating system and must come from legitimate orders.

Artificial review manipulation, fake purchases, or attempts to pressure users into leaving favorable reviews are prohibited.

Reviews are generally not removed unless they clearly violate the Terms of Service or Community Standards.

Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment the client is granted intellectual property rights in the delivered work, including copyright, while the creator assigns those rights as described in the policy.

Some services may require additional purchase of a Commercial Use License for broader business usage rights.

Endocreators retains the right to use publicly shared content, delivered works, and related materials for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise restricted.

The site, its content, and all services and products obtained through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Endocreators, its affiliates, service providers, employees, officers, and agents are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, subject to applicable law.

• Endocreators may suspend or permanently disable accounts for violations of the Terms of Service, Community Standards, or improper use of the site.
• Users with disabled accounts may contact customer support for more information about their account status.
• Disputes should be handled through the Resolution Center or through customer support.
• Endocreators may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
