Payment Terms
Please review how payments, withdrawals, balances, refunds, cancellations, fees, and related financial terms work across Endocreators platforms.

These Payment Terms govern payments made and received through Endocreators websites and related administrative platforms, including Endocreators.com, Creatorsmart.net, and Endotutors.com.
By making or receiving payments through the site, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms in addition to the applicable Terms of Service.
Payment processing is handled through secure payment gateway partners and payment service providers working with Endocreators Consult Ltd.
1. Key Terms
Endocreators Balance
The total amount of your available revenue, returned canceled-order payments, and other eligible platform balances.
Payment Services Provider
Third-party service providers that handle payment collection, remittance, withdrawals, currency conversion, and balance holding.
Revenue
Money earned by sellers/creators from completed orders, subject to these terms and applicable withdrawal rules.
2. Receiving Payments
General
Endocreators charges a nonrefundable $10 consultation fee for Procreator services, covering one consultation session of up to 30 minutes.
Additional fees may apply if consultations run longer or require extra experts or specially tailored solutions, but those charges must be disclosed and approved first.
Creator Earnings
Each completed creation credits the creator’s account with revenue equal to 80% of the purchase amount.
Creation Maker sales may use a separate tier-based earning model, with earnings percentages determined by recent sales performance.
Tax Responsibility
Sellers/Creators are responsible for any direct or indirect taxes that apply to them under the laws of their jurisdiction, including VAT, GST, and income tax where applicable.
Limited Payment Collection Agent
Creators appoint Endocreators as a limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of collecting client payments and remitting them according to these terms.
3. Withdrawals
Withdrawal Eligibility
Revenue becomes eligible for withdrawal after a safety clearance period of 14 days from order completion, or 7 days for top-rated creators where applicable.
Security Holds
Endocreators may temporarily disable withdrawals for security reasons, suspected fraud, improper behavior, or account/provider conflicts.
Finality
Withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed once the withdrawal process has started.
Disabled Accounts
Creators may be able to withdraw revenue from disabled accounts after 90 days, subject to ownership verification and Endocreators approval.
Withdrawal Methods
- PayPal Account — US$0 fee*
- Endocreators Revenue Card™ — US$1 fee within 2 days, or US$3 fee within 2 hours*
- Local Bank Transfer (LBT) — US$3 per transfer*
- Direct Deposit (ACH) — US$1 per transfer, available only in the US*
*Additional fees may apply based on location and currency.
4. Purchasing
General Payments
Clients place orders through creation pages, custom offers, or the Creation Maker. Endocreators and its payment partners collect funds and remit them to creators as provided in these terms.
Most locations support payment by credit card, PayPal, Endocreators Credits, or available site balances, with some regional exceptions.
Service Fees
Service fees are added at checkout. As stated in the policy, the service fee is 5.5% of the purchase price.
A US$2.5 small order fee applies to purchases under $75.
Creation Maker Purchases
Creation Design orders made through the Creation Maker are not cancelable after payment is made, though redesign services may have different treatment under the cancellation rules.
Payment Rules
Users may not make or accept payments outside the Endocreators websites. Any request for off-platform payment should be reported to customer support immediately.
5. Local Currencies, Credits & Promo Codes
Local Currencies
Endocreators accepts multiple currencies, but prices are always based on their original US dollar value and may fluctuate due to exchange rates and conversion fees.
Endocreators Credits
Credits may be issued for promotional or other purposes. They expire after three months unless otherwise stated and generally have no cash value and are not refundable.
Promo Codes
Promo codes may apply to eligible purchases for limited periods and usually can only be used once and cannot be combined with certain other promotions.
6. Taxes
Endocreators may be required by law to collect or withhold indirect taxes such as sales tax, VAT, or GST. Such amounts may be added to the client’s total price or deducted from creator earnings where required by law.
Users remain responsible for any taxes that apply to them based on their jurisdiction, residency, or legal obligations.
7. Disputes, Cancellations & Refunds
Disputes
Users are encouraged to resolve issues directly through the Resolution Center first. If that fails, Endocreators Customer Support may review the matter.
Chargebacks
Filing disputes through a bank or payment provider may violate these terms and may result in temporary or permanent account limitations.
Order Cancellations
Eligible cancellations may be carried out by Endocreators or through the Resolution Center. Completed orders may, in some cases, be canceled within 14 days after completion, subject to review.
Refunds
Canceled-order funds are generally refunded to the buyer/client’s Endocreators Balance. Refunds to original payment methods may be requested in some cases and are subject to review and limits.
Examples of Cancellation Grounds
- Late and unresponsive sellers/creators on active orders.
- Abusive behavior, threats, or misuse of personal or order-related information.
- Delivery manipulation, no delivery of relevant work, or withholding final work for extra payment.
- Copyright or trademark violations in user-provided or creator-delivered materials.
- Unauthorized use of the platform, harassment, or conduct violating Terms of Service.
8. General Terms
- Endocreators may modify these Payment Terms from time to time.
- Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.
- The site and payment-related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties beyond those required by law.
- Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
