This Agreement governs participation in the Endocreators Referral Program. By signing up or using the program, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined here and in the Terms of Service.
Definitions
User: The participant in the referral program.
Your Site: Any platform used to refer users.
Endocreators: Refers to the company operating the platform.
Participation Conditions
Compliance
You must follow all laws including anti-spam laws and platform policies.
Restricted Activities
No illegal, misleading, abusive, or intellectual property violations are allowed.
Approval
Endocreators may approve or reject participation at its discretion.
Referral Methods
Website Links
Use banners, graphics, or referral links provided by Endocreators.
Email Referrals
Send referral emails using approved links and tools.
Expert Referrals
Invite professionals to join the platform as creators or experts.
Referral Fees & Earnings
New Customer
Earn 20% of the first full month membership fee.
Refer-A-Friend
Earn $10 account credit after successful referral activity.
Expert Referral
Earn based on expert performance and accepted answers.
Payments
Referral fees are paid via PayPal by the 15th of the following month. Accounts may be temporarily held for fraud investigation if necessary.
Your Responsibilities
Your Site
You are responsible for all content, operation, and compliance of your platform.
Legal Compliance
You must follow all applicable laws and regulations.
Accuracy
You must not misrepresent Endocreators or its services.
Termination & Modifications
This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time. Endocreators may modify or discontinue the program without prior notice.

Endocreators makes no guarantees about referral earnings or program performance and is not liable for indirect damages or losses.
