Endocreators relies on user-generated content. While we do not actively monitor all uploaded materials, we take intellectual property violations seriously and act promptly on valid reports.
1. Copyright Infringement Claims
To report copyright infringement, your notice must include:
- Identification of copyrighted work
- Proof of ownership or registration
- Description of infringement
- URL or location of infringing content
- Your contact details
- Good faith declaration
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Your signature

2. Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your signature
- Description of removed content
- Original content location
- Your contact details
- Good faith statement
- Consent to jurisdiction
If no legal action is taken within 10 business days, the content may be restored.
3. Trademark Infringement
To report trademark violations, include:
- Trademark identification
- Registration details or proof
- Description of infringement
- Link to infringing material
- Your contact details
- Good faith declaration
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Your signature

4. Repeat Infringers
Endocreators reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
